We completely understand that life gets busy and that everyone experiences emergencies that prevent us from living our daily lives in the way we imagined.

Wellesley Dental Studio is absolutely supportive of clients who have emergencies, and most especially want to be part of the solution if your health in jeopardy.

That said, Wellesley Dental Studio firmly believes in fairness to all clients and staff.

If a client has the need to make changes to the date and/or time of a scheduled appointment at Wellesley Dental Studio, it is required that they communicate with the administrative and management staff a minimum of two business days in advance of the scheduled date and time.

Should the client fail to do so, in the case of a non-emergency rescheduling need, or if they decline to communicate at all and do not arrive for their scheduled appointment, Wellesley Dental Studio reserves the right to invoice the client for a monetary value up to the total value of the appointment’s scheduled services.
